A few days ago (?), there was a post and someone was mentioning iodine drops that he takes with water every day. I thought I saved it but now can't find now that I bought the drops!

I dunno about covid or the shot, but iodine supplements are helpful for your thyroid when taken on the proper dose (see a trustworthy professional to know yours). They also help against radiation in a pinch, but I wouldnt count on any of us getting nuked as of yet
