I have never heard of pho being eaten for breakfast. The viets I knew never had home made pho because of much work it takes. Their breakfast meal of choice are Banh Mi sandwiches. That stuff is incredible tho (Pho, never actually had one of those sandwiches myself). It's why I always bugged my homie to get their mom to make me some home made pho since they loved my mom's home made mexican food.
