the majority of CC donations came from ukrainian sources. around 10 million i read the other day. yet this... https://www.michaelsmithnews.com/2018/02/recent-australian-government-data-direct-clinton-foundation-taxpayer-donations-total-130m.html kinda makes the observation just speculation, perhaps. no saying it's not possible but it's just another theory.
