Holland as well, but still will requite negative mandatory test for partying lmfao. So literally the same shit as in the past two years. They will tighten things up again, stronger, if people relax now with easing up the bs measurements. Coordinated easing is definitely not a coincidence and it pains me because we'll never know if it's good or a bad thing, until the thing actually happens...
