I just looked up the actual interview from ABC and she looks nothing like she appears in this video. Maybe someone having a little fun? I don't know how much an average person in their house can edit a video and make it look so perhaps this was just a joke

I've never done any deepfakes or read too much up on it but you can probably rent a server farm to do it. Or maybe an RTX 3090 can bang it out in a few hours. But it's very clearly a deepfake.
