I know many here don't trust the hospitals anyway, that they will kill you for your organs. And that may be right. But, why would any of us pure bloods ever donate our organs when they don't allow us to receive organs. Let's break the system.

If it's not critical i'm sure they just get organs from the uyghur organ farms in China
