Any forecasts of what we will see when the banks come back on-line ?

IF they do come back online, a systemic failure will start somewhere....

It looks like a smokescreen for an operation of some type.

Could be one of many explosions in a controlled demolition. We've had Evergrande defaulting, a Ukrainian false flag aiming to disrupt trade and now a Canadian bank run. More to come.
