I feel like garbage on low carb high fat diet. I just fast, usually I'll do rolling 72 hour fasts and I feel amazing everything is clear I can think better, my energy is consistent no ups and downs. I don't need as much sleep on fasting days because there is nothing to digest my body fixes and rejuvenates faster. The days I eat I just eat no counting calories, I eat carbs and fat but try mostly to get in more protein. Everyone is different. I'll tell what also gets demonized along with fat is salt, people need to eat more salt.
