How am I supposed to gain any weight without eating carbs? I'm 6'1 and hover around 140lbs. I dislike being this skinny. I've long understood that sugar and refined carbohydrates are poison and therefore avoid them. However, when consuming a completely carb free diet my weight begins to decline to unhealthy levels. Even when consuming large copious amounts of fats and protein.
Furthermore, I know of multiple people that have cured terminal illnesses by consuming nothing but fresh juiced fruit and vegetables; suggesting that fruits and vegetables do indeed have useful properties.
Okay I got ya. You made alot of good points on why to avoid carbs and focus on fats and proteins. I just hate that I have to eat so many carbs to keep any weight! Maybe lifting heavy would help. Thanks for the insights.
Good looking out fren! I'll use Häagen-Dazs as a booster and keep packing in the proteins and fats. I think I'll be right on track then if I buy some weights and go heavy instead of doing calisthenics. I remember a famous body builder talking about Häagen-Dazs specifically, Rich Piana maybe? I didn't understand at the time.
