I think what they are doing is kidnapping, not arresting. there are no laws being broken. They will need to be charged with such.

In the beginning they said he was 'trespassing'.

Meanwhile, in other parts of Canada a child is being beaten, a woman is being raped, a man is being robbed, a kid is being sold drugs....but these heroes are busy with a national flag waver.
