Did you turn up the volume and look closely because you clearly hear them and then see them before they chuck her in.
Ok, I turned the volume up the loudest it would go and was able to enlarge the video and focus on her feet. I watched it twice and although very faint you can see the shackles. Awesome.
NO you cant see them and the sound is added after the fact....dont be so gullible pal.
Correction after additional research, that sound is indeed there and not added.....not sure what it is.
