How about trump knew already and allowed it so Rogers could expose it as chief of NSA. not saying I trust the secret service but if memory serves me, Roger's didn't visit trump until trump got rhe nomination. I'm not sure trump had SS before that.

Yes he (Trump) did have SS pre-election. The top leading candidates on both sides get SS protection approx 6 months before the election (and, if there are more than 2 'leading candidates' before the conventions select a candidate) so that nobody gets bad ideas of how to 'fix' the election in a single shot.
