This storm takes years for what seems to me obvious reasons, but I guess you would have to be alive since Kennedy got shot to have a better perspective. So many things have to play out, so many people have to witness so many things in order to switch sides. There are many layers of ignorance to get through but the progress has been absolutely exquisite. The new and inpatient Kids on the Block are like the backseat "are we there yet" bunch.
