Could use some advice. I am becoming easily agitatable. Meditation advice or anything like it on how to cool down emotions would be really great.

Take a break from it all, even here. Turn off the TV. And know God is in control. Do not fear. Have faith . Go on YouTube and watch some one paint, watch some one build something or what ever interest you. Give your mind a break. It's almost done now. Shalom friend.
Good advice I'm gonna try. But there's so much going on and we've come so far, it's hard.
I used think, just get through this term, then just get through this season... I'm now like, just today Lord, just get me through today.
