Could use some advice. I am becoming easily agitatable. Meditation advice or anything like it on how to cool down emotions would be really great.

I know what you mean, I have the same thing.
Exercise is very effective.
Or if it's late, logoff and go to bed.
Or watch some positive things if you still have the need to stay online...
Watching 80's / 90's movies also helps me "reset" even if it's just for a short while...
