Could use some advice. I am becoming easily agitatable. Meditation advice or anything like it on how to cool down emotions would be really great.

Prep. Check on family, friends & neighbors. Encourage them to have food & water & supplies. If they need to be driven to the store assist them. Idle hands do the devils work. Get your garden going, or do a communal garden at a family member’s home. Physical work or exercise expels the mental agitation.
