Only if it’s proven to be intentional. Don’t fight injustice with injustice. This cop should lose his job and also spend time behind bars because he should be trained not to trample rioters.

is it ethical to use horses for riot control? i dont know much about horses but i imagine they dont enjoy that atmosphere. why couldnt they just use riot shields or something instead of massive horses
