Ok... I'm having or had a " yeah duh" moment..
I've been on the path for 20+ yrs... I know optics are over. I see you. I'm simply surrounded by people that are .... Well... Lost.
Maybe I'm a little arrogant preaching to the choir or I'm too used to assuming everyone is a level 1 while thinking I'm a level 6 to 7.5 on the awakening scale. (Or less. Not for me to judge, really)
Anyways. I just got an odd vibe from warcampain having the remnants of my woke past life still bobbing around in my head. Optics being still very relevant to the "profane" I felt it important to mention it . At least for their benefit. Surely some sleepwalkers stumble their way in here.
I hear ya fren, its hard when the people around us live in a totally different world and we have to hide our power levels. Stay strong.
I'm from Montreal,. Think like Portland but French.
Most of it's residents are... "Post modern"... extremely well entrenched.
The Catholic church scandals from the 50's onwards turned many against the churches in general and God was transformed by the "New-New Age" movements the 60's&70's spawn..respawned.
Combined with the Language bullshit that sent most Anglos west and south, Protestantism followed.
Leaving us few, left with the "New" Church and all it's hidden hand bullshit.
We're like the Battered Bastards of Bastogne.
Nuts!
I am sorry to hear that my fren, I lived in Vancouver for a couple of years and it was different but the same. Most everyone living there, was not from there (including myself of course) but they were mostly rainbow haired, pierced, leftists posers. I also lived in blue states but I left last year and settled in a red state, I sometimes forget the nightmare it is, although i travel often for work and an reminded.
