Isn't a national emergency supposed to be something used in the case of an EMERGENCY, like when the security of a nation is under threat by a foreign invader or such like?

Trump placed state of emergency...things to our benefit need it to remain that way..Biden puppeted by white hats lengthened it before...this changes nothing and actually is part of the plan.
