I was watching season three of father Brown. It’s a murder mystery show based in 1950s England. Season three episode 15, the name of the episode is The Owl of Minerva. The plot circled around the fact that the local law enforcement, was compromise with freemasons, and specifically mentioned the illuminati. They were framing somebody for a murder they didn’t commit. (aired in 2015)
They have been subtly telling us all along what they’re doing. But people have been asleep. I can gladly say, I was well aware of the illuminati back in 2015. And before that. But some people are just waking up.
I recently watched through a series called Midsomer murders, which is another murder mystery based in more current times but it in small English villages. I noticed how the woke culture started to infiltrate the seasons. The first 10 ish seasons the inspector and his wife were Christian, she sang in the choir, and was involved in other Christlike activities.
They replaced the inspector with his relative. He and his wife are very worldly… Into yoga and the esoteric. She became pregnant during one of the episodes, and for 3 to 4 episodes they referred to the baby as bump. like… Tell bump I said hi, I love Bump. It was done very subtly, but by the time I got to season 20 … These so-called English villages in the middle of nowhere, had Black people, Indian people, Asian people, and storylines regarding misogyny and people involved in activism. Watching it all at once like that, it was so apparent, and disheartening. It took them 20 seasons, but they were slowly programming people with their television!
And before you get on my case about watching 20 seasons of the show, I got very sick in January, had my gallbladder removed, and I was in bed for a month. My mom is 81, and I spent time in my room, and on the couch just watching this stupid show.
I could see that would be true with me as well… But I don’t watch anything that’s new Current are been released in the last year or two. My best friend watches all these shows on Hulu and Netflix, and she tells me how graphic sex is on the rise, there’s always somebody who’s a gay couple, and just the violence and everything else. I’m just not interested.
That’s why I watched the murder mysteries that are based in little villages in old England. They are more tastefully done, and to be perfectly honest I really like the English actors. They don’t seem to be so focused on everyone being perfect. A lot of the actors have wrinkles, crooked teeth and are really not that attractive at all. They’re just regular people, living in a regular town… So they do portray that I think more realistically. That’s refreshing.
The last two seasons of Midsomer murders Though we’re really tough to watch. However it was a learning experience. Because I would stop the show, and my mom and I would discuss what they were doing, and what part of the woke agenda they were trying to push. My mom is totally awake now so there’s that
I feel you, I use to watch Law and Order, as soon as rape culture became a thing it was all over for that show. As soon as they'd show a semi decent white cis man I'd pit my bet for the bad guy right there.
I love British series for the same reasons. People are just people, not glamorous somethings.
My latest is The British Baking Show. My kids and I pick our favorites and cheer them on :)
That’s awesome you found something you can watch with your kids and enjoy together. Everything is just garbage now. It’s really hard to find anything to watch.
I’m super grateful for it. At one point I was worried that not seeing commercials would contribute too much to their demand for instant gratification... then I saw some of the commercials. It’s so bad.
