P.S. I am VERY much guilty of the behavior I am portraying below. Though, now that I noticed, I will be more aware of what I post.
A lot is happening. And a lot of it is honestly out of our control; that is unless you don’t live in Canada but plan to fly out to Canada to participate in a protest, or plan to participate in protests in Australia or elsewhere, there’s really not much that most are physically able to do other than bring awareness to the situation. But… continuously bringing (well, more like seeing) awareness to a situation which may be out of ones direct control, or continuously expressing worry/hatred about something you have zero control over, rubs off on people and has the potential to Black Pill individuals. One after another after another etc. Remember, they want you stressed, angry, sad, divided, demoralized. don’t fall into that trap. I personally know where blackpills started physically affecting individuals Health and psyche. Myself included. I had to cut off some content because the continuous black pills were raising my blood pressure and we’re taking time away from myself and my family.
Please, focus on yourself, focus on your well-being, be aware of others as well. This is definitely not to say don’t post anything KEK per se, just be aware that some individuals may be overwhelmed, and rather than seeking out the negative which has probably already been shared, try to seek out something positive. Again, I am VERY MUCH guilty of this behavior and will be seeking to bring awareness to more positive red and white pill topics. If you are feeling overwhelmed and potentially at a breaking point, take a break and PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO REACH OUT TO SOMEONE!!!

Bottom line is, we need to focus on ourselves. If your Health is degrading than how are you expected to be a strong warrior?
Sometimes people need a break for their own mental health, if you don't take care of yourself you're no good to anyone else. It doesn't have to be for long an hour or two or even a day or two.
There are lots of ways to do this. If you can't walk away from things focus on a different area, there's a lot of Q research to go through. I like to rewatch the Charlie Freak videos.
A hobby I have several and at the end of the night when the forums are quiet and no new things seem to be happening I do one of those, I crochet, read, play mmos etc, go spend time with family friends etc

This should help those that are Christians. Perhaps other faith can place a prayer of strength & protection up from their religion. I think it is also important to have dedicated prayer and faith study time.
