Yes it is. I did not want nor do I want them to stop. I was simply stating about the video I had saw on here yesterday. If the Convoy's don't work; which I believe they are too, then that was only another suggestion. Of course like you say, a lot of truck drivers would have to shut down in order to get things accomplished. God bless.
