So what if those midnight flights are the UN quietly dropping off UN militias members to pose as Policemen here in the US? No US citizen is going to want to fight back (or worse) against someone they perceive as a policeman?

They have been quietly building up UN troops in the US for a while. They know that there will be a point where American police and military will be pushed too far and they will flip sides, they are planning for it.
They want people who have no loyalty to any nation or constitution. UN Troops are paid by NWO.
