Do you think the trucker protests in DC will be the "trigger" event for the white hats to make their next major move against the DS?

I am keeping up closely with what is happening in Canada and am wondering if the white hats will then take their devolution plan into a hot phase during the trucker protests in DC. Will the DC trucker protest be what triggers "RED 2" (telecommunications blackout in the continental US)? I do see that either this or Trump's Truth Social platform once it starts to out compete the big tech companies as being the most likely scenarios. What do y'all think?

Truckers will not make it to the beltway. National Guard is being activated. Best bet is for everyone to #Truckoff locally. They can’t arrest you for calling in sick.
