Unfortunately given what just happened in Canada I'm very reluctant what I donate to and really the only "safe" donations are political campaigns, because you can be sure the one thing the thing the politicians won't prosecute is donations to politicians.

Also, I think this shouldn't be a donation, this should be buying a share of the settlement. Why should I donate $100 so his lawyers get paid and he can maybe get $100 million from the media?
