I was able to create my account around 6 am EST yesterday. My number was 155,790 on the wait list and still is. Has anyone else’s number not changed in 24 hours?

Mine has been the same since I signed up yesterday. Logged out this morning and logged back in and it stayed the same. Glad to hear it's not just me.

Mine has not changed.
I was 2118 on my initial sign up day, the next morning I was 93,460 and has been there since.
Same with me I am 157,000+. Set it up yesterday around the same time as you. Then I got an email @06:11 yesterday saying I was 65,000!? Not sure why the large discrepancy.
Imagine it's like southwest airlines- you have the same number all the way until you're on board.
