All US market indexes are down between 1 and 2 % at the time I'm typing this. At which point does it become notable ?

I watch the VIX it reverses the market, it's up today around 10% and now trading sideways. It will explode when people lose faith in the market.

I'm no expert,only buying stonks for the past year.
