They are, that was part of the strategy. Create so much confusion that its debilitating to people.

This is because they where on a trajectory to lose power, everything that's happening is a gambit to retain power in a decentralized world. Just like the printing press disrupted the power of monarchies and the church, the internet has disrupted the power of globalists and nation states.
