Whats a good Q video documentary that can efficiently explain Q to my friends?

Im looking for something that is quick and thorough and captivates the viewer, while efficiently explaining the q proofs and plan. Anyone know the best ones?

Dave Hayes, "praying medic", has a really good book, the Q Chronicles, Book 1, is "The Calm Before the Storm". Starts from the beginning explaining Q and how it all began, etc. Very good!
