I don't see what's pornographic or sexual about it. If a kid young enough to be influenced by this - did this, it would be completely harmless behavior like blowing a raspberry is.

"For the safety of children" can be used to ban and censor anything given enough ingenuity on the part of the censor. This board is hardcore free speech one day and puritan prudes who know what's best for everyone the next.
