Just got a notification from power company that there is a scheduled power outage between 3/12 and 3/19.

Supposed to be a 4 hour window of power out. Also just had a chinook fly over the house (very rare) no military bases around.

Might not be related.

Any of you have any similar experiences?

In Dresden Germany - not far from Polish border, and until just over 30 years ago, under Soviet Communist control. And over the last few days I have seen four obvious military helicopter exercises, with up to 8 "Chinook type" flying low and in close formation
