Russian President Vladimir Putin announced in his address to the Russians this morning that he had decided on a special military operation in the Donbass. The head of state noted that Russia's plans do not include the occupation of Ukraine, but Moscow will strive for its demilitarization. The military infrastructure, air defense facilities, military airfields, aviation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are disabled with high-precision weapons," the agency said. Nothing threatens the civilian population, assured the Ministry of Defense."
