Sounds like you've never heard of an antenna conversion box or a Raspberry Pi.

From the photo evidence (no visible coaxial cable cord), this could very well be accomplished with a rear mounted Pi connected wirelessly and streaming YouTube to the analog screen via composite connection.

Pi would be rear mounted (or possibly mounted inside plastic shell) if that's what is being used, and is my guess on how it was done.
