Used components, chips and capacitors, have been selling well lately. These are items that get sold by the ones, not any commercial sized lot. Most of this is to repair existing machines around the world. Chip production being down overall increases demand for surplus. When more chips, etc., were produced in the US, there was more surplus. Now a lot is in stashes that were hoarded.
Aren't ALL of the computer chips used in the world produced there? That would be a pretty handy thing to be in control of....
