There are some comments on another thread that several of the videos circulating around are in fact older videos. One was declared to not show cluster bombing but in fact an aggressive thunderstorm from January. The one you just mentioned has been doubted by fighter pilots as the fighter has a smoke trail like what you would see at an airshow. I wouldn't be surprised to see these sensational viral videos be misrepresented just for the view counts.
