Just Finished the Book. If this is truly a foreshadowing of our present day, some how the US ends up stopping the Taiwan take over, and peace is restored.

But if I had to bet my schmeckels, I'd have to go with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ coming back to finish the fight over Sin and Death and Satan once and for all as Revelation foretold...
