The only video I saw of any civilian/residential area being attacked was by a Ukrainian MIG29 shooting a missile at a civilian building as it flew overhead... I'll try to find the link.. Any other videos I've seen have been of excited Ukrainian civilians happy to see Russian military flying in to their region/area...
