How can we tell it is Russian and not Ukrainian?

It also looks like the vehicle is out of control skidding sideways. I doubt the driver's intention was to run over the little car.

I didn't see the Z within a common shape (triangle / rectangle) plastered on paint all over the "Russian" vehicle.... Odd they forgot to apply the ident paint to this "Russian" vehicle.
