Why do people think Putin is clearing out deep state?

Putin is looking out for the best interest of his own country and will act accordingly. If it works to our benefit great, but we can't control everyone.

I think we control what we can and hope the other world leaders work with us, but there are no guarantees.

I do believe we have everything, but some like the Taliban or Putin just might not give a damn.
