An excellent recipe, with just about every ingredient promoting health and healing - i.e., ginger works as an anti-inflammatory, cilantro excretes mercury out of the body, and lime juice detoxifies the liver. Plus, good nutrition can help keep big pharma at bay.
Dear God, thank you.
I feel like everyone who attacked this tonight is part of the problem. But to each their own. Criticism is key, but it needs to be constructive. Otherwise it's useless.
When I was young, we lived in a poor and rural area, and my family only ate what we could grow or catch. Being far from any “medical care”, it was the norm to rely on herbs, roots, and folk remedies. In our modern society, we have gotten so far away from nature, and this type of knowledge. It would behoove us all to learn some of these things. From your comments, I trust your family will never go hungry. God bless you.
