Actually, I believe the Constitution allows for removal of politicians from office if they fail to keep their oath to the constitution. If they do something contrary to the constitution (which is the supreme law of the land) they have effectively 'vacated' their offices and can be removed.

Just note I modified it a bit to fit today's climate. We will never have a unified ratification by the states. We should never forget the founding of our country, it is both unique and precious. Our founding fathers were brilliant men. Pray for our Country
