I really hate posts like that one. The write makes a ton of assertions (and some or all may be true) but offers nothing, not one shred of anything as proof. Useless.

I've been to Odessa and Kiev. I never saw traffic jams of Mercedes. Both cities are very European looking in their downtowns and very Ukrainian (poor) in the outlying areas. I really liked Ukraine when I was there.
