So long as the hard drive isn't damaged or hard wiped, it should be fine and good practice to do regularly. You can get browser extensions that will turn a webpage into a pdf file. That's what I do.
You can buy a large jump starting battery at harbor freight, they even have USB ports on them. This should last you a month,way more that the portable chargers.

I've been busy saving my photos from the cloud to my laptop....then my laptop crashed....so frustrating. Now I will have to start over.
