Yeah. We tend to think of digital records as completely intangible, but they are really binary bits physically imprinted onto a hard disk. So long as the hard drive isn't damaged or hard wiped, it should be fine and good practice to do regularly. You can get browser extensions that will turn a webpage into a pdf file. That's what I do.
