Question about revocation of Executive Orders

I've been listening to the latest installment of Devolution, read by Patrick Gunnels. I got to thinking during today's walk while listening to him reading the executive orders that were signed by President Trump. What prevents Biden from just negating all of Trump's orders and thus protecting him and his family/cronies?
