Lordy, I remember seeing that movie when it first ran in theaters back in the day. One of Robert Duvall's most interesting films.

I have not seen mention of this movie here, but perhaps I missed it.
Last night I was searching for an older "real" feeling movie after a long strenuous week. I stumbled upon this and gave it a watch.

One of the main reoccurring themes that grabbed me was, “If you feel you are not properly sedated, call 348-844 immediately. Failure to do so may result in prosecution for CRIMINAL DRUG EVASION.”
That, the imaging provided for the controlled pop for entertainment, and the ability to "brain block" individuals with sonic waves.
