Looks like Soros and his pals want as much chaos as possible. Handing out guns and ammo like candy without keeping track of who has them. Desperate measures indeed.

A lovely Ukrainian Lady I know from church thinks this tactic is insane. Lots of people in Kyiv who are not honest may use these weapons to steal from their neighbors, not just to snipe at Russian soldiers, but to also do harm to those they feel have slighted them. Many newly armed persons are not soldiers and have not been trained properly to handle such weapons.

Reminds me of Fast and Furious - arming criminals and cartels with weaponry to sow chaos. May God help the innocent Ukrainian civilians.
