So why are there so many homeless on the streets if they are paying that to house them. Cough up the location of people being housed. It seems to me they could convert motels and hotels into housing studio apartments, provide 3 nutritious buffet style meals cheaper than $837,000 per person. Buy out the hotel/ motel, it would be cheaper.
