I have every confidence that truckers know what they are doing.

REMINDER: when you're in a car and slowing for red lights, NEVER change lanes in front of a trucker. That creates a fucking nightmare for the trucker who may already be attempting to slow a heavy load. If there's a trucker behind you and if it's completely safe, consider changing lanes to gift the trucker with as much distance as possible to slowly decelerate.
