Any money allocated to Ukraine (or really, any foreign government!) will be sent to foreign NGOs. (Non-Governmental Organization) The NGOs carefully launder the money and send some to Ukraine but most of it gets funneled back to political campaigns.

Because if the Democrats’ corruption is revealed the Democrats will bring the republicans down with them.
